Specialising in all aspects of building services to include electrical, mechanical and diversifying into water treatment, site supervision and management of moves, telecom and refurbishment.

PPM

With the wide range of services that are required within today's properties demands professionally planned, maintenance. Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) is an essential service carried out on all building fabric, services, plant and equipment to reduce down time in clients trading and efficiency. Costed before commencement of a termed contract it also gives you the ability to budget rather than guestimate , plan rather than react.

Reactive Maintenance

Emergency response to carry out all repairs associated with your property and plant.

Dependant on clients needs we are able to offer a variety of response packages, ranging from a 2-hour attendance on site for critical faults through to 48-hour attendance for minor breakdowns.

Our call centre is open for calls 24 hrs and will arrange for an engineer to attend site and carry out repairs. On completion of the call we will supply job specific engineers' reports and or quotations for further works.

Consultancy

As specialists in the building services industry we are able to offer a consultancy service that will advise and assist with any new projects and design requirements. We are currently carrying out a number of DDA surveys throughout London and the Home Counties.
