Status IT Infrastructure
The building audit is a systematic process ensuring that all building systems perform in accordance with both the design intent and the client’s operational needs. Status IT achieves these goals by reviewing the archived design documentation, along with actual verification of existing architectural, electrical, mechanical, and fire protection services through a site audit.
A site survey team is assembled depending upon the customer’s specific needs. The final review team is composed of members with expertise in the following categories: Electrical Design/Construction, Mechanical Design/Construction, and Communications Design/Construction.
The following are areas the Design and Building Audit teams will review, report and/or otherwise facilitate:
- A/C power size and design entering the building
- Genset size and design
- HVAC sizing and installation
- Condenser water system
- DC plant sizing, location and distribution
- Security and life safety system and monitoring
- Communications distribution design
- Cabinet layout and power optimization
- Interior and exterior building characteristics and layout
