IT On Site Maintenance
Status IT offer hardware and software maintenance and support contracts across the UK for all IT business systems. Our primary goal is to provide UK companies of every size with cost effective and comprehensive cover with options designed to meet particular business needs. This enables us to serve organisations large and small, from single offices to multiple sites nationwide.
Our National Coverage offers break-fix & comprehensive hardware and software services throughout mainland UK. Our maintenance services are delivered by a team of experienced field engineers, backed up by nation-wide Support Centres located across the UK, including the Software and Remote Support Centre (SRSC). To give you added peace of mind there are a total of 300 support engineers, which includes 200 field engineers.
Our National UK Service Partner has full accreditations and is BSI Registered - FS 13824 - Quality Management Systems complying to BS EN ISO 9001:1994 requirements

Standard Service
Based on a four-hour response for business-critical servers and eight hours for all other devices (09:00 to 18:00 Mon-Fri, excl. Bank Holidays).
Extended Hours
Service can be tailored to suit your individual business requirements to provide up to 24/7, 365 days per year coverage with a guaranteed fix time.
Service delivery
Controlled Service Delivery is ensured through the UK through our central calls acceptance centre. Sophisticated management system's monitor each call specific to its Service Level Agreement (SLA) from acceptance to completion. Automated escalation via e-mail to Technical Support, Supervisors and Management ensures timely and appropriate corrective action.
Expert engineers
The Principal Field Engineers are highly trained in both hardware platforms and operating system environments. All are equipped with a comprehensive suite of diagnostic tools to assist with fault resolution.

Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery
A fixed annual cost ensures that if disaster strikes, we can place appropriate hardware and operating system skills anywhere in the UK within 48 hours of notification. Through close liaison with Status IT and our service partner support team, equipment can be configured and implemented by systems engineers to your precise specification.
