  • Help desk support from standard 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. up to 24 hour, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
  • Standard next day onsite hardware maintenance support with parts either provided by us or the OEM manufacturer.
  • Serialized tracking of all systems and components
  • Detailed system performance reporting
  • System warranties are available for up to three years.
